The sliding version has a work time trimmer the barrier version does not. If you are replacing a board, read the old one before ordering.

Replacing an older board

The BFT SHYRA AC control board in Oman is mostly a repair sale. BFT designed this panel as a direct swap for the DEIMOS AC A600. It also goes in where an older MIZAR board was, which turns a dead gate into an hour of work. One warning on that route: the receiver is new, so the old handsets will not open the gate afterwards. Budget for new ones.

Fitting the BFT SHYRA AC control board in Oman

We isolate the mains, photograph the wiring and move it to the new terminals. Trimmers set the work time and the dip switches set how the photocells and the edge behave. Handsets pair last.

Common questions

Will it fit a Deimos AC A800? Ask us before you order. BFT documents this board for the A600, and the A800 is not confirmed in any source we can point to.

I am replacing a MIZAR. Will my remotes still work? No. The receiver on this board is a different generation, so budget for new handsets at the same time.

What is the work time trimmer for? It sets how long the motor runs, up to ninety seconds. On limit switch installations you add a few seconds past the stopping point.

It arrived with wire bridges fitted. Do I remove them? Only the ones you are replacing with real devices. Leave the rest, or the board reads a missing safety input as a fault.
