Installation

Our engineers mount the track and motor unit, connect the belt to the door, set the electronic limit points via the encoder, and pair both supplied remotes to the built-in receiver. We test a full open-close cycle and confirm the anti-crush response before handover.

Common Questions

Is this suitable for a residential garage, or only commercial use?
Both. “Intensive use” means it’s built to handle frequent daily cycles without strain, so it comfortably covers a busy household garage as well as commercial applications.

What happens if something’s in the door’s path when it’s closing?
The encoder and amperometric detection sense the resistance and stop the door automatically, managed by Beninca’s STC torque system.

How many remotes come with it, and can I add more?
Two are included. The built-in receiver stores up to 64 codes, so there’s plenty of room to add spares later.

What size door will this fit?
