The BFT VIRGO KIT is a complete 24 V kit for two swing leaves. Each leaf takes up to 2 m and 200 kg. The LINX control panel is built into the master motor. One board runs both motors. A single gate uses the VIRGO alone; a two-leaf gate uses the pair. Our BFT swing gate motors range covers heavier and narrower-pillar options too.

Virgo or Virgo Smart
We stock both, and the difference is one word: Smart.
Virgo runs the LINX board with no U-Link. Our Virgo Smart BT A20 runs THALIA instead, which adds U-Link for managing several gates from one point. Same size gate, same weight limit. If you are automating a single entrance, Virgo is the simpler and usually cheaper choice.

Is IPX4 enough for outdoor use?
IPX4 rates it against splashing water, not dust ingress specifically. It is the figure BFT publishes for this range and matches most residential gate motors of this type.
Does it work with one leaf only?
Yes. Fit the VIRGO master alone and leave the second position unused. The board still runs a single motor correctly.
Can someone push my gate open?
No. The operator locks mechanically once closed. No electric lock is required.
What does a rolling code remote actually protect against?
A recorded signal will not open the gate twice, because the code changes on every press. Keep the handsets themselves secure, since whoever holds one has your gate.
