This listing is for one gearmotor only. The control panel, photocells, flashing light and remote controls are separate items. A double gate needs a right hand swing gate motor and a left hand one, plus one double-leaf control panel.

Installing the CAME KR310D in Oman

We check that the gate hangs level, then fix the motor to the post and the leaf. Then we run the 230 V supply and control cable. The control panel and photocells come next, followed by the limit microswitches and stopping force. Remotes are paired last.

Which motor do I order for a double gate?

One of each hand: this KR310D and a KR310S. The hand depends on the side of the gate the motor sits on, seen from inside. Tell us the side for each leaf before you order.

Does it need an electric lock?

On leaves over 2.5 m, yes. CAME’s manual requires one on irreversible motors above that length. It advises one on every swing gate. See the CAME LOCK81.

Can I open the gate by hand if the power fails?

Yes. CAME builds an emergency release lever into this motor.

CAME’s page says up to 5 m and 1000 kg. Is that this motor?

No. That is the range headline. CAME rates this motor for 3 m and 400 kg. For leaves up to 5 m, look at the CAME ATS50AGS.
