The Beninca BILL40M is a genuine two-motor swing gate kit for leaves up to 3.5 metres — a telescopic-ram operator built specifically for dusty and sandy conditions, with a scraper ring and stainless steel stem protecting the worm screw. Like our BILL50M, it has no built-in control unit or encoder, so it comes with a separate HEADY control board. We stock it in Muscat as a complete kit, ready to fit.

Specifications

The worm screw’s scraper ring and stainless steel stem are what actually give this motor its dust and sand resistance. The bundled HEADY control unit runs both motors from one board, with an LCD display, a 433.92 MHz receiver (64-code memory), and independent torque adjustment per motor. Not sure whether you need this or the larger BILL50M? This one covers leaves up to 3.5m; the BILL50M extends to 4m.

Installation

Our engineers confirm which side (left or right) your gate needs before fitting, mount both motor brackets, wire everything into the HEADY control unit, and adjust torque independently on each motor so both leaves move in balance. We pair the supplied remotes and test a full open-close cycle before handover.

Should I get this or the BILL50M?
If your gate leaf is up to 3.5m, this is the right size. For leaves between 3.5m and 4m, go with the BILL50M instead — tell us your exact leaf width and we’ll confirm.

Do I need to choose left or right when ordering?
Yes — tell us which side your gate opens from, and we’ll confirm and fit the correct version.

What protects it in a dusty or coastal environment?
The worm screw is shielded by a scraper ring and a stainless steel stem — the actual mechanism behind the dust/sand resistance, not just a general durability claim.

What’s the difference between this and the BOB30M?
