CAME BXV 1000 Oman installation

Our engineers fix the motor to a foundation plate. They mount the rack along the gate, matched to the pinion. Next, they wire the mains and the safety devices to the board. Then they set the gate travel from the display, pair the remotes and test the safety devices.

Common questions

What does the encoder do?
It tells the board where the gate is along its travel. CAME also lists obstacle detection on this range.

Will it work in a power cut?
The board is prepared for operation without mains power. Ask us which battery set your gate needs.

Why is the motor 24 V?
The motor runs at 24 V, fed from the 230 V mains by the control board. The BK motors run at 230 V.

Which BXV size do I need?
CAME makes the BXV for 400, 600 and 1000 kg gates. Choose by gate weight, then check the length.
